Most orders ship within 7-10 business days of the date the order was placed.

Please be aware that the artist requires 5 days to complete orders after they are received, as each piece is considered to be a custom order. Because these pieces are made "just for you", there will be a 20% restocking fee (plus all shipping expenses incurred) for any order that is refused upon delivery.

For glassware items, we use USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days in transit) for shipping within the United States. Many items will be shipped directly to you from the artist, using this same method of shipment. We've found that USPS provides the best value and reliability on these items. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship Express Mail (1 day in transit) in most cases and to most destinations. There is an additional cost for Express Mail. If you require this service, please contact us by email or by fax.

Because the shipping of glassware requires more precautions and more materials, the actual shipping and handling fees are based on the final packed weight of the order. These rates vary from $4.05 for a 1 lb. package to $38.35 for a 20 lb. package, varying at each pound increment. Example: if the final packed weight of your order is 7 lbs., then the shipping and handling fees would be $14.80. Your total shipping fees will be calculated with each order and will be shown on your final invoice.

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you may return any of our items if you are not pleased for any reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the items purchased. If you need to return something, please send an email, a fax, or call us within 15 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. Your satisfaction is not enough -- we want you to be absolutely delighted with anything you order from this website!
